Here's why you MUST boast about your kids!
Bless your house! Fortify your children and family. Tell your children early and often what you love about them and how it makes you feel to be cared for by them. Don't let them have to guess and assume. Say it and teach them how to have strong, affirming relationships. As parents they are learning what love looks like and feels like through us....it is never too late to start (I didn't say it was easy now, requires persistence and courage - but oh so worth it. Take the time to heal, affirm, and strengthen your bloodline)

Speak to Yourself Like You're Your Own Lover.

Nobody Gets to Disrepect You - Including You. Train your energy and your emotions what you will accept and not accept in your life.

When you go around throwing hands at yourself on a daily basis, you train your brain to think that this is okay. Here's how to stop:

1. Notice when you begin to get violent with yourself (yes, words can be very violent things).

2. Stop immediately.

3. Drink a glass of water (yes, this simple act will begin to calm you down so that you can process and re-orient yourself - don't overcomplicate wellness - it's a series of every day actions strung together in the correct way when you need it).

4. Compliment yourself.

5. Now reword what you were saying positively (e.g."I always mess this up" becomes "I am resilient and fail forward, how did future me fix this?".

It isn't just someone who gives you attention, but someone who is generous with your growth: Generous with your peace, with your healing, and generous with your future.

Real love isn’t just about feelings but about who someone helps you become so choose a partner who expands your life, not just occupies it.

Nobody meant us harm, they just had a definition of happiness
that kept you on a treadmill that you could not get off of - an

Need to calm down fast? Try this beauty reset system. Beauty calms the soul, and when everything feels like too much, going somewhere beautiful can shift you faster than you expect - a pretty garden, a beautiful painting, a gorgeous building.

I’ve learned this myself, especially when I go on my own, and those quiet moments surrounded by beauty bring me back to myself every time.

That’s why places like Zayed National Museum are so powerful; you don’t just see them, you feel them, and even the best photos don’t come close.

Whether you're having a good day or an okay day or a bad day, insisting on being around something you find beautiful can add so much extra calm to your day.
