The atmosphere was electric. The judges were looking for more than just muscle—they were searching for symmetry, presentation, and the embodiment of true athleticism.

Beautiful experience, proud of the Journey, testament to the countless hours spent perfecting my physique and mental strength.

Holding the trophy high, I felt an overwhelming sense of accomplishment and gratitude.
This victory wasn’t just mine—it belonged to everyone who supported me along the way. My coaches, my family, my friends, and my fellow competitors all played a part in this journey.

The ICN stage has become a significant milestone in my journey, and I am excited for what lies ahead.

Why?

Sadly, most people won’t ever get started with a health and fitness plan because they think that they need the perfect plan in order to start.

Start learning what type of exercise you enjoy...

Start learning and accepting what type of diet fits your lifestyle best.

That learning will lead to you finding a health and fitness program that is sustainable and fits your lifestyle.

At age 40, how did I win a PRO card at ICN while managing various responsibilities? With discipline, time management, and the support of loved ones.

Here’s my story of how I did this - at the age of 40, no less - in the midst of a busy life, a story of achieving a remarkable feat in the midst of a busy and fulfilling life.:

1. Setting the Goal: I started with a goal to look shredded and then eventually raised my expectations to stand out and win the “PRO CARD”
My journey begins with a clear and ambitious goal - earning a pro card in natural bodybuilding India - had never happened. But that’s how I manifested my goal and it served as a constant motivation throughout the entire process.

2. Time Management:
Balancing work, clients, workouts, family responsibilities, and bodybuilding is a formidable challenge, structured daily and weekly schedules

3. Work and Clients:
Excelling in the career while keeping the clients happy was an art and off course a mandate. After all, you need money to enjoy and live your life.

4. Workout and Nutrition:
Plan and enjoy this process

5. Support System:
Building a strong support system is crucial. My family understands and supported my journey, always doing things together with My Fitness Coach, My trainer, My Posing Coach, My friends, Massage Therapist, My Helper.. I am and will always be grateful to everyone who has been supportive and helpful.
Always remember its never one person winning, its a team

6. Sleep:
On low calories and higher activity levels, I was sleeping about 8-9 hours as mandate to be able to push through on next day.with Meditation and Deep breathing and sometime Melatonin helped too.

7. Preparation
Accommodation, food items, clothing, accessories, Bikini heels, shoes, make up, tapes, pads, extra bags should be done timely to avoid hush rush and last minute panic.

8. Mental Health
Very important aspect in life. I never was worried about my fellow athletes on their progress. I have very very few people in my life who truly understand my passion and have seen me in my thicks and thins. So I wasn’t isolated but with the right souls.
