منذ انطلقت IGTS في 2015 كان الهدف الأساسي هو دعم التدريب والتأهيل في مختلف القطاعات المهنية مساهمة بذلك في سد احتياجات سوق العمل من الكوادر البشرية، وبهذا سعت المجموعة الى توفير خبرات علمية وعملية من أكبر الاستشاريين في الوطن العربي، والذين تذخر خبراتهم بتحقيق أهداف كبرى الشركات العربية والعالمية. بالإضافة الى توفير اعتمادات محلية ودولية تُثقل كفاءاتهم وتهيئهم للمنافسة بقوة في فرص عمل لا نظير لها.

ونتيجة للنجاح الذي حققته المجموعة، توجهنا الى تقديم المزيد من المجالات التقنية بما يتناسب مع احتياج سوق العمل في ظل التطورات السريعة التي يتوجه لها العالم.
وكان العنصر الأهم في استراتيجية IGTS هو التعاقد مع مجموعة من الخبراء جميعهم أعضاء هيئات تدريس في اكبر الجامعات العربية في جميع التخصصات، مؤمنون بما يقدمونه من علم، ويسعون الى البحث والتطوير فيه، لنقل اكبر قدر منه الى الطالب وافادته الإفادة القصوى، من خلال أسلوب تعليم مرن عن بعد وبتواصل مباشر مع المحاضر. Since the launch of IGTS in 2015, the main objective has been to support training and qualification in various professional sectors in order to help meet the labor market's needs for manpower. In this way, the group has sought to provide scientific and practical expertise from the largest consultants in the Arab world, whose expertise is dedicated to achieving the goals of major Arab and international companies, in addition to providing local and international accreditations that overburden their competencies and prepare them to compete strongly in unparalleled job opportunities. As a result of the success achieved by the group, we have moved to provide more technical areas commensurate with the need of the labor market, in light of the rapid developments that the world is heading towards. The most important element of the IGTS strategy was contracting a group of experts, all members of teaching professors in the largest Arab universities in all specializations, who believe in their scientific contributions and seek research and development in it, to convey the greatest possible amount to the students and to give them maximum benefit, through a flexible distance learning method and in direct communication with the instructor.
