She was told the only way to fix this was surgery. It wasn’t. It was a only dental problem.

Her vertical growth pattern had collapsed severely. We used headgear to correct that, and to move her upper teeth back for better lip posture.

Full fixed braces brought everything into ideal alignment, and created the space she’ll need for future replacement of her missing lower premolars.

An early orthodontic check helps us assess jaw growth, bite development, and whether there is enough room for the permanent teeth to come through properly.

For many children, the best approach is simply to monitor growth; for others, certain developing problems may be easier to address while they are still growing.

An early check does not mean early braces — it means understanding what is developing and choosing the right timing if treatment is needed.
