I don’t usually eat this early but I don’t follow a strict schedule, if my body wants to eat I will😍

This black bean & hummus toast will keep me satisfied and I know nourishing my body with a variety of plants helps me thrive🙏🏻

Sometimes I can’t believe I can bake sourdough, thanks to my amazing teacher Maryam’s Sourdough 💗

I love the learning journey and how we always have freshly baked bread at home😍 also it’s super easy for me to lose focus & attention so the process of making sourdough really helps me a lot 🙏🏻
