🍫💪 HIGH PROTEIN CHIA ENERGY BALLS (20 balls)
My go-to healthy snack right now—easy, filling, and actually tastes like a treat 🙌
🧾 Ingredients:
- 150g rolled oats
- 40g chia seeds
- 30g cocoa powder (HINTZ fine dark cocoa powder)
- 250g peanut butter (Carrefour creamy, no palm oil)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (NBL Natural – French Vanilla)
- 60g honey (Langnese Acacia, 100% pure)
- 60–120ml unsweetened soya milk
- 100g dark chocolate (chopped)
👩🍳 Method:
Mix all dry ingredients → add peanut butter + honey → slowly add soya milk until it forms a dough → fold in chocolate → roll into balls using your hands (about 1 tbsp each) → chill for 30–60 mins.
✨ Approx per ball (based on 20):
- Calories: ~150 kcal
- Protein: ~5–6g
- Fat: ~9g
- Fibre: ~2–3g
