POV: This is how I use my Pick Me Pad. 💛

Whenever I feel overwhelmed, stuck at my desk, watching TV, or just need something to keep my hands busy, I reach for my Pick Me Pad.

Instead of mindlessly scrolling or picking at my nails or skin, I spend a few calming minutes popping out the beads. It’s satisfying, relaxing, and helps me refocus.

Everyone uses theirs differently, but this is my little moment of calm in a busy day. How do you use yours?
