First-trimester dichorionic diamniotic (DCDA) twin pregnancy with cardiac activity demonstrated in both fetuses.

Dichorionic Diamniotic (DCDA):

دو جنین دارای دو کوریون و دو کیسهٔ آمنیوتیک جداگانه هستند.
هر جنین در کیسهٔ آب جداگانه و با ساختار کوریونی جداگانه رشد می‌کند.
هر دو جنین در رحم در دو محیط جداگانه رشد می‌کنند؛ هر کدام کیسه آب و جفت خود را دارند. این نوع دوگانگی معمولاً شایع‌ترین و از نظر عوارض مربوط به اشتراک جفت، کم‌خطرتر از دوگانگی های یک کوریونی یا monochorionic است.

در این سونوگرافی، یک بارداری دوگانگی DCDA در سه‌ماهه اول مشاهده می‌شود؛ هر جنین کیسهٔ آب و ساختار کوریونی جداگانه دارد و فعالیت قلبی هر دو جنین مشاهده می‌شود.

Twinkling Artifact — The Hidden Signature of a Tiny Kidney Stone!
4 mm upper-pole right renal calculus clearly demonstrated by the characteristic twinkling artifact on Color Doppler.

آرتیفکت Twinkling نشانه ای جالب از یک سنگ کوچک کلیه
وقتی یک سنگ کوچک در سونوگرافی می‌درخشد!
گاهی یک سنگ کوچک کلیه آن‌قدر ظریف است که سایه واضحی پشت آن دیده نمی‌شود اما در Color Doppler، حضور خود را با پدیده‌ای جالب به نام Twinkling Artifact نشان می‌دهد.
در این مورد، یک سنگ ۴ میلی‌متری در قطب فوقانی کلیه راست دیده شد که آرتیفکت Twinkling واضح ایجاد می‌کرد. بیمار نیز با درد ناحیه پهلوی راست مراجعه کرده بود.
یک سنگ کوچک، یک آرتیفکت جالب ، و یک یافته مهم تشخیصی!

Intestinal Ascariasis on Ultrasound

The video clearly demonstrates a live, linear tubular echogenic structure within the bowel lumen, showing the characteristic sonographic appearance of Ascaris lumbricoides. Real-time ultrasound allows direct visualization of the parasite and serves as a rapid, non-invasive tool for the diagnosis of intestinal ascariasis.

A patient presented with abdominal pain and nausea.
Ultrasound examination demonstrates multiple enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes predominantly in the right lower quadrant.
The lymph nodes are oval in shape with hypoechoic cortical thickening and preserved fatty hilum, findings consistent with mesenteric lymphadenitis.

Acute appendicitis is demonstrated on ultrasound by a non-compressible, enlarged appendix measuring 8.6 mm with marked periappendiceal fat inflammation, positive focal tenderness, and prominent hyperemia showing the classic “ring of fire” appearance on Doppler, consistent with acute inflammatory appendiceal process.
