If you’re a mammal, listen up! 😀 Consuming your protein earlier in the day as opposed to in the evening has been shown in clinical trials to increase growth hormone & protein synthesis in the body.

Unless you have a 1 in a gazillion rare genetic alteration, consume your protein early in your day to get even more benefits 💥

A yogurt bowl (organic vegan yogurt in my case) is a super fast, easy, 2 min or less way to get a delicious breakfast in.

I added creatine which at 5mg per day has been shown to improve mood, especially in those with major depressive disorder 🤗
