Rotting food in our gut attracts bacteria, viruses, yeast, unproductive fungus, even some different varieties of mold.
Bacteria leads the way though because it feeds off of all the food that’s rotting, the undigested proteins that are rotting.
As bacteria feeds off of those undigested proteins, the bacteria releases gas, toxins and excrement.
And now that pooped out food and undigested proteins are more toxic than ever before, and producing more gas than ever before.
As this process is happening, pockets and expansions start to occur in the small intestinal tract.
It is these pockets and expansions that cause that stitch pain. The pain where it feels like a sharp knife or something sharp is jabbing you.
