It has been a while.. we are having some beautiful autumn weather currently and the slower days are approaching putting me in the mood for supporting myself in the best way possible. Nourishing warm food and getting out in nature with the lovely leaves that are starting to fall.. Colours of yellow, orange and reds of the earth.
I have a beautiful space booked in person on Fri afternoons in Newton from 1.30pm - 3.30pm.
My intention is to empower souls to navigate inner child trauma /energetic imbalances to create intuitive flow and alignment back into their lives to be their highest selves ❤️ 🌟
Tuesday and Wednesday's I have spots available for Kinesiology sessions on zoom 9.30am - 11.30am, bookings can be made online
