I wanted to say a massive thank you for yesterday. I didn't realise how scattered I was. I think I keep a lot inside, and it comes out in my appointments. However yesterday's appointment with you, was a massive life changing, life giving shift for me!!! It was the guts of so much it feels. Thank you, thank you. I felt so different, like I was in charge of myself again. I didn't feel hyper vigilant. When I drove home and saw utes it didn't affect me. I didn't have to double check that it wasn't him. I think I actually feel safe now?! Omg! 😦 🥳 🎉
Also, for the first time I was able to study for three hours straight! It sunk in!! What you did yesterday was magic. 🪄 ✨
Anyway, I wanted to share the impact you had on my whole being. Wow! 😮 so incredibly happy 😆 about this shift.

Another great weekend of Kinesiology Learning!

What a pleasure to spend the whole weekend with my friend and colleague Floss from the . We've been watching the Knowlative Conference: a live, online, International line up of Muscle Response Testing Speakers from across the globe! Our practitioner skills have been extended, our knowledge has been deepened, and we've over-indulged in cheese platters and had a whole lot of fun!

I had the pleasure of attending this live event yesterday in Adelaide, with Dr Bessell Van Der Kolk, Clinical Psychiatrist and best selling author on trauma and how it effects the brain and body.

His book "The Body Keeps the Score" explains how trauma literally reshapes the brain and body, causing lasting effects on mental and physical health. He also describes how working with clients somatically (through the body) and through the senses to re-establish safety in the nervous system is paramount to healing trauma.

The afternoon re-affirmed and consolidated the skills and techniques that I share in clinic with my clients and how important they are. Everthing I do in clinic is so essential for reconnecting with yourself, re-establishing somatic safety, healing trauma and supporting improved mental health and well-being.

Farewell Kinesiology Conference Melbourne 2026 ! My heart is full, my spirit lifted and my brain is exploding!
I learnt incredible techniques this weekend from some of the greatest pioneers of Kinesiolgy and also current world leaders in the industry from Australia, Japan and Italy.
I'm so inspired that my colleague and I are still practicing the techniques we learnt on the plane ride home! We're clearing our money blocks and relationship to time management! So much fun. I can't wait to share.
P.S. To all my long lost Melbourne friends - I'm so sorry I didnt have the time for a catch up 😥 It was a jam packed schedule!

My 6 year old client presented me with this gorgeous sun pillow today 🌞

She made it over the school holidays, especially to join our other cushions in the clinic wait room (rainbows and clouds) for everyone to enjoy .collab. What an inciteful and thoughtful act of kindness ❤️

It was too cute to not share!
