Our new booking system is live & taking bookings directly from our website & not redirecting to a separate platform,
as this was an upgrade that we tackled ourselves, please be patient, if a few wrinkles present themselves & we iron them out.

We've incorporated being able to send paperwork upon booking new clients, to streamline initial appointments & be able to reduce the 'paperwork' time at the start.

We're also taking on new clients.

On a different note - we're utilising the current l*l in bookings, to upgrade our reception area.

We're upcycling solid wood pieces of furniture to custom build a reception counter & built in desk - so technically it's a mini renovation - but no walls this time 😉🤪

So please excuse the disheveled-ness of the reception area, as we navigate this build & pivot each day, so to not disrupt the work flow, if a booking comes in.

So we're not closed for renovations, we're staying open, we're just adapting as we go, day by day.

We're currently in the 'still sourcing pieces' - the last 2 parts are being collected on Tuesday - then the fun of the upcycling customisation, woodworking to create a unique and specific to the space & our needs piece of furniture.

We're excited to see how the final piece comes together.

Translating the visualisation & idea in Cassandra's head - to a functional piece of custom furniture is a journey in itself.
We've pivoted 3 times already & are now in "completely custom pieces" territory - adapting & incorporating 6-7 different pieces of solid wooden furniture into 1 main piece of custom furniture and several "accessories" - (shelves & storage).

Our kitchen area renovation, gave us the confidence - but this is definitely a "hold my beer" upgrade LoL -

Cassandra has full confidence in Hudson's skills, together they'll create a masterpiece!!

June is PTSD Awareness Month.

PTSD is not experienced the same way by everyone.

For some, it may be PTSD.

For others,
it may be Complex PTSD,
Dissociative PTSD,
or Delayed-Onset PTSD.

It's a spiral, not a straight line, it won't be linear & we understand this journey.

When you are ready, we are, we'll be waiting calmly, patiently & continuing to curate & maintain our spaces energetic safety, calm, warm, grounded and peace filled tranquillity.... to genuinely heal, a space must feel these things. Not clinical & stark.

If you want to experience a space that feels genuinely like safety, homely atmosphere where you instinctively let that energetic guard down, the backpack of trauma & stress you've been carrying recognises it's safe to take off, be put down & emptied out slowly, piece by piece... You've found us...

We know how important building trust is, to repeatedly ask for consent & respectfully+ patiently wait for a yes, before doing anything, every step of the way. Respecting a no, a pause & holding that space, with compassion & love, when triggered, without judgement.

We genuinely understand & we genuinely can help those who are ready.

You will know if we are right for you - your body, your instincts & intuition (even if you still question them now) will guide & tell you.

We won't be offended if you don't feel we are right & we can & will recommend & refer you to one of our Kin colleagues - as we're not in competition, we're about connection, collaboration & calm.

In turn, we will be respectful & honest with you, if we feel we're not the right people (Kinesiologists) for you & offer you referrals to the Kin colleagues that we feel could give you the support, best suited to you - because your healing - safety IS the #1 priority - not $!


We CAN & DO, also do online & phone consults, for initial sessions, however we honestly feel you genuinely won't get or feel the true benefits, shifts & healing, when you can't FEEL & experience, what IN PERSON, combined with our space brings & gifts.

We have many people who can attest to this - even people who have not had a session with us, but whom have just come to see our space, to feel it - to see how their body, their nervous system & their energy field feels in the space - before committing to a session - we have never once been given a negative comment or feedback - on the contrary - one response was so visceral, their breath was literally taken away & then they took a long deep breath, slowly let it out & tears started to fall, as they did, they slowly sat, hands on heart & just said "thank you".

That is one of the highest compliments we could ever have been blessed with - because it's not lip service, it was witnessed & felt - we had tears of gratitude ourselves, because we GET IT!
