🌿 April Skill Development Sessions - this school holidays 🌿

At TFCM our inclusive social groups are intentionally designed, skill-building spaces where young people living with disability develop real-world capacity.

What makes our sessions different?

✨ Skill development first, activity second
- Every outing is built around individual goals; communication, regulation, social confidence, independence, problem solving and self-advocacy.

✨ Community-based learning
- We support participants to confidently access mainstream spaces — cafes, galleries, parks and events — building practical life skills in real environments.

✨ Person-centred & capacity focused
- Support is tailored to each young person’s strengths, interests and support needs; promoting autonomy and choice + control.

✨ Trauma-informed & strengths-based
- We prioritise psychological safety, dignity and empowerment in every interaction.

✨ Experienced & values-led team
- Our mentors bring professional knowledge, lived experience and genuine care; fostering authentic connection and positive peer dynamics.

🌏 THE FULL CIRCLE MOVEMENT 🌏
Harmony Week 2026 | 16 – 22 March

Everyone Belongs. Everyone Matters.

At The Full Circle Movement; Harmony Week is more than a celebration — it’s a reflection of the diverse, vibrant, and unique individuals that represent society. This naturally occurring variance leads to different ways of thinking, innovation and collective growth. At TFCM we honour the beauty of inclusion; in all its forms.

What is Harmony Week?
Harmony Week is a time to recognise and celebrate Australia’s cultural diversity. It’s about inclusiveness, respect and a sense of belonging for everyone.

What it means at TFCM
At TFCM, we extend this meaning to include neurodiversity, lived experience, identity and individuality. We believe true harmony comes from creating spaces where people feel safe to be themselves, supported to grow, and empowered to connect.

How we’ll be celebrating:
✨ Inclusive group activities that celebrate culture and identity
✨ Creative expression through art, food and storytelling
✨ Opportunities for social connection and peer-led engagement
✨ Building understanding, empathy, and respect within our community

Why it matters
Our clients don’t just deserve support — they deserve belonging, connection, and a place where their differences are seen as strengths. Harmony Week aligns deeply with our mission to provide holistic, trauma-informed, and strengths-based support.

Join us in celebrating what makes us different — and what brings us together.

✈️ Inclusive Programs ✈️

For many neurodivergent people, airports and flying can feel overwhelming — unfamiliar environments, sensory input, security processes and social expectations can all create barriers to travel.

That’s why we love seeing initiatives like “Try Before You Fly” at Adelaide Airport.

The program offers a supportive, step-by-step experience where participants can practise moving through the airport process — from check-in to boarding an aircraft — without the pressure of an actual flight.

Experiences like this create a safe and empowering way for people to:
✔️ Build confidence
✔️ Reduce anxiety around travel
✔️ Learn what to expect at the airport
✔️ Develop real-world independence skills

At The Full Circle Movement, we’re always looking for meaningful opportunities that help the people we support build confidence in the broader community. Programs like this open the door to travel, new experiences and greater independence.

Honoured to attend the 2026 International Women’s Day Luncheon ‘Championing Women in Care’ at Morphettville Racecourse — a powerful afternoon of courage, reform conversations and genuine connection across South Australia’s care economy.

Hosted by the incredible Cassie Day, and guided by

✨ Emcee Kate Burr
✨ Keynote Taimi Allan
✨ In conversation with Gill Hicks

The theme “Balance the Scales” from UN Women Australia deeply resonates with the heart of The Full Circle Movement.

Women carry the care economy — as founders, frontline workers, advocates, mothers, clinicians and lived-experience leaders. Yet the conversations around burnout, reform, workforce pressures and systemic barriers remind us that sustainability in care doesn’t happen by accident.

At TFCM quality disability support means centring humanity alongside accountability.

It means ensuring services are ethical, regulated, values-led and designed for genuine impact

True sustainability in the NDIS space requires courageous leadership, cross-sector collaboration and a commitment to amplifying lived experience. Events like this matter because they create space for honest dialogue, shared solutions and collective momentum.

Grateful to stand alongside women who are shaping the future of care in South Australia — and committed to continuing that work in the communities we serve.

✨ Community. Inclusion. Christmas ✨

Recently one of our clients attended The Christmas Party (Australia’s largest Christmas event for children with disability and complex needs). The Christmas Party has spent over 40 years bringing children with disability and/or complex illness together; reminding them, that they are not alone. Their work alongside charities, schools, providers and communities across Australia is truly special and we’re grateful to stand alongside organisations that lead with heart and inclusion in mind.

TFCM were proud to sponsor this incredible event and as a result of that sponsorship; we were able to pass on an exclusive invite to one of our clients.

We chose to sponsor this event because it speaks to a core value at The Full Circle Movement — supporting local initiatives that are intentionally creating more inclusive spaces.

At TFCM, support doesn’t end with scheduled support hours; we actively use our resources, relationships and networks to open doors, share opportunities, and build meaningful communities around our clients and their families.

Thank you to The Christmas Party for the invitation, and for the work you continue to do in creating inclusive community moments.

✨ It’s never just a “program” ✨

As we finish off our final Supported Friendships & Skill Development session for the Dec/Jan school holidays, we wanted to pause — not to promote, but to reflect.

If you’ve followed us for a while, you’ll know we don’t post often. Not because the work isn’t happening… but because we’re usually right there in it — supporting, listening, adapting, celebrating the small wins that matter most.

These groups are about more than activities or skills building. They’re about feeling safe enough to be yourself, brave enough to try, and supported enough to grow at your own pace. They’re about friendships that feel real, confidence that builds quietly, and moments where self-advocacy begins to take shape.

At The Full Circle Movement, we hold connection, relationships and safety at the centre of everything we do. We support people within the context of their lives — families, systems, strengths and complexities — not in isolation. We care deeply about integrity, transparency and doing what’s right, even when it’s hard.

Our programs are shaped by lived experience; whilst always centring the unique voice, goals and challenges of each individual.

We don’t position ourselves as the authority for growth — our role is to walk alongside, offering affirming support as people carve out their own journey, in their own way.
We’re proud of the increases we see in autonomy, self-esteem and self-advocacy — not because they look good on paper, but because they matter in real life.

With deep gratitude to our clients, families, employees, stakeholders and referral networks — thank you for trusting us 💛

Until next time 😻
