I’m chatting about something I’m deeply passionate about — the hidden risks of glyphosate (the active ingredient in many common w**d killers) and how it impacts the health of our families, pets, and environment.

After noticing regular spraying happening around local parks and schools, I knew I had to take action. What started as a few concerned conversations turned into real change — with our local council now trialling safer, non-toxic alternatives 🌱

It’s time to bring awareness to what’s really being sprayed where our kids play, and to share simple ways we can all make safer choices at home and in our communities.

Do you know if you struggle with things like bloating, gas, reflux, headaches, fatigue, insomnia, cramping or autoimmune conditions eating inflammatory foods will worsen the problem….. it’s like putting a log on a slow burning fire, you will never get rid of the inflammation, your symptoms will get worse and you will probably be on medications for life if you do not heal your body!

Reduce wheat, gluten, dairy and sugar….
STOP eating the crap foods,
STOP eating junk food,
STOP drinking sugary drinks,
STOP making excuses for your bad choices!!!

Your body is in pain, it is struggling to function and it’s trying to tell you with symptoms you don’t like…. Fix the problem don’t mask it with meds!

In my 14 years in natural health I can tell you I have seen most conditions healed through diet and lifestyle changes💚

“I’ve been on the drops for a week now And thought I could give you some feedback.

Very few people know but since my partner and I split over 8 years ago I started taking Va**um every night to sleep. I was very much dependent on them and when my dad got sick I was taking up to 2 a night and then managed to wean myself back to 1 but still never stopped taking them.

I have now gone a whole week without them and just taking the drops, my sleep is amazing. I wake up before my alarm some mornings and I feel energised and well slept. Even with my shift work doing late/early starts.

Food noise is gone. I only think about food when I’m planning my meal plans so I can stay on track. Plus im down 1.5kg this week” ⭐️
