Over the past few months, I’ve read so many posts from Lifestyle Coordinators and Activity Professionals who are feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, unsupported and pulled in every direction.

Our roles are becoming more complex. Expectations are increasing. Resources are stretched. And yet we continue to show up every single day for our residents.
That’s why I’ve created this group.

This is a space where we can be honest about how we’re feeling.
A space where we can support each other.
A space where we can share ideas, encouragement and real conversations.

Here, we are a team.
We build each other up.
We remind one another why we do this work.
And we help each other continue doing the best job in the world. Because supporting our residents starts with supporting each other. 💜
