🔥 How to Get Wingettes Right.
Grand Final Saturday is coming and there is a right way to do these.
Oven, 180 degrees, on a rack over a tray so the heat gets underneath. Roughly 35 to 40 minutes, turned once.
Last 5 minutes, spoon the tray juices back over the top. That is where the sticky glaze comes from.
On the BBQ, indirect heat first, then a minute or 2 direct at the end for the char.
