Thought of the day
I broke my leg in 3 places ( I thought it was one break but surgeon pointed out 3 😟) and teared both my medial and lateral ligaments
No weight bearing on my leg for over 6 weeks
This week I am allowed to start rehabilitation
As an active independent person I got frustrated that the healing process is slow
However my perspective changed drastically when I was doing my rehab in the hydrotherapy pool

People who had strokes people who were paralysed from the waist down
We’re doing their exercises with help from others !
Here I was by myself no help needed
Something changed
And it was profound
It was called gratitude

So my question to you is

How can you shift your perspective
To find more gratitude - in the midst of severe challenges

In a world that move fast where expectations feels endless and pressure weighs heavy — pause Breath . You not alone
Your feelings are valid / you don’t need to justify them
Your struggles does not define you / they part of your journey but not the end of your story
You deserve care rest and understanding / not just from others -but from yourself too

IF TODAY FEELS TOUGH , that’s ok
If tomorrow seems uncertain YOU ARE STILL STRONG
