Turns out understanding the brain was easier than escaping the room 🤭

Our day was all about learning, connecting and challenging ourselves. We spent the morning diving into the foundations of Autism and ADHD through a neuroaffirming lens.

We enjoyed coffee (of course), morning tea AND lunch (2 letters - A.B. Ifyky) by the lake, then split into two teams for an escape room… accidentally choosing the two hardest rooms available. 

A day full of learning, teamwork and plenty of laughs 🙌🏼

Last week, we spent a morning slowing down and getting clear on what matters to us: personally, professionally and as a team!

- what happens when our beliefs or assumptions are challenged.
- how we can continue to show up with curiosity, respect and professionalism.

A really valuable conversation about knowing ourselves, supporting one another and creating safe, non-judgemental spaces for the people we work alongside 🙌🏼
