A little honest reflection tonight 🤍

Stepping into a new business while continuing to learn, develop my skills and gain hands-on experience has been both exciting and challenging while also managing mum life & uni workload that never seems to stop.

Today was one of those days where I felt a little flat and deflated, questioning myself and whether I was progressing quickly enough.

But after tonight’s client I was reminded exactly why I started Revision Dermal.

This work is about so much more than treating scars. It’s about confidence, healing and the potential to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life.

Building a business while learning and refining a skill comes with so many highs and lows. Mostly lows in this new phase.I’m learning to trust the process, give myself grace and remember that growth takes time.

Some days challenge you. Other days remind you why you started. Tonight was exactly the reminder I needed. 🤍

✨ Loving what I do, and even more grateful for where it’s taken me. 🤍

Stepping into this new position has been such a rewarding experience. But by far, the most rewarding part has been meeting new clients, hearing their stories, learning about their backgrounds and creating genuine connections and being apart of their journey.

Building that bond and trust with each person who sits in my chair means more to me than I could ever put into words. 🤍

From medical marketing & business development to skin — and what a journey it’s been.

I’ve always had a genuine interest in aesthetics, but for years I found reasons why I couldn’t pursue it. Sometimes, though, life has a way of shifting your perspective.

It took a deeply traumatic and devastating event this year for me to reevaluate what truly mattered, how I wanted to spend my time, and what I wanted to build for myself.

That shift ultimately led me here — into a field that has completely reignited something in me. I’ve found a passion and purpose I didn’t realise I was missing, and I’m so grateful I finally gave myself the chance to follow it... .
I can’t wait to share the journey & additional treatments that will be available very soon!
