Spring cleaning isn’t just about dusting the shelves and finally facing the cupboard under the bathroom sink 😂

Clear the mental clutter.
Detox the digital noise.
Move your body.
Clear your energy.
Create some white space.

Sometimes we need a spring clean too.

Today I woke up with the heaviness of grief in my heart ❤️‍🩹

You know that sinking feeling through your heart and down into your solar plexus. The tightness in your chest. The restriction in your throat.

But before I even identified it as grief, anxiety kicked in.

My thoughts started racing, trying to find something to attach the feeling to.

What’s wrong? What happened? What do I need to change? What do I need to fix?

As though if I could find the right problem, I could make the feeling go away.

It’s a pattern I know well. Through years of doing this work, I’ve learnt to catch the spiral, that moment my mind starts desperately searching for a reason for what my body is feeling.

But the grief I felt this morning wasn’t something I needed to fix.

It was something I needed to feel.

To be with. To give love to.

Parenting the little girl in me who was grieving today was a little tricky while also solo parenting my boys with hubby away.

So I got up.

I made us our favourite breakfast and told my boys, “Mummy’s heart feels a little heavy today, so we’re going to have a gentle day.”

I took my little man for a walk to the skate park. We bird watched on the way. We walked in the sunshine. I went on the swing and picked dandelions.

And when the tears needed to come, I let them.

Because moving through big feelings isn’t always about finding the thought that will change them or the solution that will make them disappear.

Sometimes healing is how we care for ourselves in the thick of them.

To let the tears come and still make breakfast.

To grieve and still notice the birds.

To have a heavy heart and still feel the sun on your face.

Allowance instead of resistance.
Compassion instead of panic.
Surrender instead of gripping so tightly.

Healing isn’t always about making the feeling go away.

Maybe sometimes, it’s learning how to love yourself while it’s here.

Always doing this with you, beside you, Tash xx

Have you ever thought, “I know better… so why do I keep doing the same thing?”

That’s the frustrating part about patterns. You can consciously know what you want to change, understand where it comes from, and still find yourself right back in the same cycle.

Because insight alone doesn’t always create change.

So much of what we do is driven by the subconscious, the beliefs, patterns and ways of seeing ourselves that have been built over years. And your subconscious tends to choose what feels familiar, not necessarily what’s actually good for you.

That’s why you can want more for yourself and still self-sabotage.
Want to set boundaries and still people-please.
Want to be seen and still shrink yourself.
Want to grow and still find yourself slipping back into old versions of you.

This is the work I absolutely love.

Getting underneath the surface and working with the beliefs and patterns that are actually driving the behaviour, so you’re not constantly trying to think your way into becoming someone new.

Your mind is constantly shaping your experience of life through the beliefs, patterns and identity you hold.

Thanks to neuroplasticity, we know the brain can change and create new pathways through repeated thoughts, experiences and behaviours.

But so many of our automatic beliefs, habits and emotional responses live beneath our conscious awareness.

This is why my therapy and mentorship clients become VERY well versed in the subconscious mind 😂

We uncover the beliefs and patterns keeping you stuck, understand where they came from, and then work to actually change them using advanced hypnotherapy and subconscious reprogramming.

Because creating a new life often requires creating a new self-concept to match it.

And sometimes that means I’m the villain, and I’m totally okay with that 💁🏽‍♀️😂🫶🏻

You are here for a reason. You are exactly where you need to be. And you’ve got this.

This is your reminder that even after the darkest nights, the coldest winters, and the harshest storms, the light returns. The warmth returns. The peace returns.

And it will find you again. 🤍

So excited to see what the next few months bring for the incredible women who harnessed the energy of Lion’s Gate with me today.

We worked through the subconscious beliefs that can quietly keep us stuck, the neuroscience behind manifestation, the energy we bring to what we desire, and what it really means to stop manifesting from a place of wanting… and start embodying the version of you who already believes she is worthy of receiving.

What makes today even more special is that this workshop was actually a manifestation of my own from Lion’s Gate last year. I set a very clear intention to facilitate a manifestation workshop with 8 women on 8/8, one of several desires that have since been manifested into creation.

A true privilege to teach this work, and an even greater privilege to stand inside the tangible experience of a desire that was seeded exactly one year ago. ✨
