This video shows how fear can be projected to our future outcomes. What can go wrong is always available, and so is what can go right! So right!…

Often we see our life projected through our limitations. The work we do inside my 1:1 program CULTIVATE debunks, rewires and reprograms your mind, body and spirit for expansion beyond your wildest dreams, expansion that actually feels safe in your body, expansion you can actually hold, and enjoy.

If you want more information Comment CULTIVATE and I’ll be in touch with information for my next intake 🫶🏻

Maybe you’re not stuck.

Maybe your energy, identity, and nervous system just haven’t caught up to where you’re trying to go.

The unseen shapes more than we realise.

Winter has a way of asking us to slow down. ❄️

To soften.
To exhale.
To come home to ourselves.

If life has felt loud, heavy, overwhelming, or you’ve simply been craving connection, this is your invitation to pause.

Join me for a beautiful afternoon of gentle connection, reflection, cacao, tea, optional sharing, journalling, meditation and sound healing in the beautiful space at Matriarch Suites.

No pressure. No expectations. No need to “have it all together.”

Just a room full of women, slowing down together.

A soft place to land this winter 🤍

Saturday June 20th | 3:00pm – 5:00pm
Limited spaces available.

Tickets available through the link in bio.

Your brain is most impressionable in the first 30 minutes after you wake up.

In that window, it’s setting the filter for what you’ll notice, how you’ll feel, and how you’ll respond.

Reach for your phone → you start reactive
Choose your focus → you start intentional
Same morning. Different trajectory.

These small shifts aren’t about discipline.
They’re about directing your attention on purpose.
Because what your brain locks onto first; it keeps looking for all day.

And over time, that becomes your identity.

No one actually explained how my anxiety worked.

The chest pressure.
The crawling feeling in my skin.
The racing heart for no clear reason.

It was awful.

And confusing… because sometimes there was actually nothing going “wrong” in my life.

My body was just… on.

And then in training I was taught not to share anything personal with clients.
Keep it clinical.
Say nothing about yourself.

Which now feels wild.🤪

Because the women I work with don’t need another person analysing them from a distance.
They need someone who actually gets it.

I had really bad anxiety.
Not just thoughts… physical, constant, exhausting.

And what changed it wasn’t more insight.
It was learning how to work with my nervous system.

That’s the part no one really teaches you.

If your body feels like it’s always switched on…
you’re not imagining it.

There are ways to shift it.
Real, practical ways.

Come sit in this space with me.
We’ll work through it properly.

Throwback to this moment nearly 12 months ago.

Overcome with emotion.

Facing things I would face again and again and again, until I realised I couldn’t keep living inside the same patterns and calling it life.

No one has lived your story.

No one has felt your pain, your doubts, your quiet battles, or the parts of you that you’ve had to carry alone.

But if you’re tired of the way things look in your life…

The same patterns repeating.

The same struggles showing up in your relationships.

Feeling lost.

Feeling numb.

Feeling like you don’t even know who the hell you are anymore.

This is your invitation.

Join me inside Cultivate.

My new 8-week program begins in May, and together we walk you forward into a version of you who doesn’t just function.

She thrives.
