Winter can be a challenging season for many of us, but it also brings a powerful opportunity for reflection and connection. At Table Talk Therapy and Supports, we believe in the power of shared stories to bridge the gap between isolation and hope.

We are so proud to support and share this year’s Winter Solstice event, hosted by Annette and Stuart. This isn't just an event; it’s a dedicated space to honor those with lived experience of su***de and mental ill-health.

At Table Talk Therapy and Supports, we know that mental well-being starts with small, healthy habits.

This Friday, May 22, is National Walk Safely to School Day, and we’re encouraging all our families to get involved!

Physical activity before school isn’t just great for the body; it helps clear the mind and builds focus for the day ahead. Plus, it’s the perfect time for a "mobile" table

Stay safe and enjoy the fresh air!

It's ...
đŸŒ»đŸŒ»đŸŒ»
Have you seen a HIDDEN DISABILITIES SUNFLOWER on someone today? Do you wear one yourself? Do you live and breathe in your day-to-day alongside the HUGE percentage of diagnosed disabilities that are "invisible" ....??
We've got your back. We've got your brother's back; your friend's back, your kid's back. We see you all. And we support you.
We know that đŸŒ»sunflower đŸŒ» represents AAAAALLLLLL THE ABILITIES you have!!

It’s Invisible Disabilities Week (19–25 October)! đŸŒ»

Around 80–85% of people with a disability have one that isn’t visible. These include neurological, cognitive, sensory, mental health, and chronic conditions that aren’t always immediately apparent.

Not all disabilities are visible — but a little understanding and kindness can go a long way in making everyone feel seen and supported.

We’re a day late (sorry, we’ve decent excuses), but we are just as chuffed as the rest of the world’s AH ‘crew’ to contribute within, and celebrate the efforts of, the SECOND LARGEST HEALTH WORKFORCE IN AUSTRALIA. What an incredibly rewarding space it is, that we get to call ‘work’ every day. YES - it’s balanced with a healthy dose of challenges, but the twists & turns are frequently uplifting and always fulfilling, and we wouldn’t have it any other way!

Happy ALLIED HEALTH PROFESSIONALS DAY to us (and our growing team), to you (our colleagues and comrades), and to all who boost the health of our communities far and wide.

Allied Health Professions Australia (AHPA) invites all Australians to join in celebrating the contributions of allied health professionals on Allied Health Professions Day 2025. This Allied Health Professionals Day is an opportunity to recognise the vital role of allied health professionals across

Hey locals! It's us again!

Please join us in welcoming our newest team member, Breannan!

Brea is a qualified AHA, currently studying Occupational Therapy. She is excited to be supporting children and families, after a range of other life and work experiences, including many in disability and health. She comes to us geared-up for meaningful support work activities and relationships with our TTT families.

In the coming weeks, Brea will begin meeting a range of clients and families, including some who are brand new to our little TTT network! Brea's presence in our growing team is exciting and we can't wait to support her professional development and her allied health career journey.

We welcome any enquiries from local families, support coordinators or existing carers, even educators and 'friends of friends' we haven't met yet, who wish to know more about what Brea's up to and how she can help!

Welcome, Brea! Thanks for coming onboard and lifting the support options which we can provide for local families. We can already tell your skills and your outlook will breathe life and longevity into our growing TTT team!!
