What do we see under these lights?

When doing a skin consultation at SILK we use a woods lamp to not only check the integrity of the skin before making any treatment recommendations but to see if there are any underlying conditions we need to be aware of.

This client presented to us with concerns of pigmentation and dryness.

Under assessment we can indeed see concerns of pigmentation. After thorough consultation it was decided upon to begin using a SPF 50+ with UVA and UVB protection as well as a series of pigment peels.

All affordable options and achievable.
