Hello beautiful people!
It has been a hot minute since offering Qigong to you all.
I am excited to let you know I am collaborating with artist Zhuo Wei (Joy) to offer a morning of Qigong and Chinese watercolour on the 13th of June at the Aldgate Village Well.
Many of you know the main lineage of Qigong I teach is Calligraphy health, which I started training in over 10 years ago with my teacher Master Zhen Hua Yang. It’s a beautiful gentle healing modality that unlocks our inner healing powers and lends itself well to opening up our own unique creative essence. Qigong also completely changed my life and helped me heal myself in ways I didn’t even know I needed. So, Qigong and creative expression through art is such a magical combination.
I’m sharing the details here for anyone interested in joining us for the experience ❤️

I’m wondering how everyone is tracking? I’d love to hear from you.
I’ve been in a process of conserving my own energy and doing the deep work of (more) inner healing lifetimes of patterns while showing up as a parent and partner in new and beautiful ways for my lineage. It all feels so important and necessary but it also challenges my conditioning around what is ‘productive’ and what is my value if I’m not doing, doing, doing all the time 🙃
I ran a deeply healing Qigong workshop at Confest earlier in the year. The session was ‘Qigong for uncertain times - cultivating safety and sovereignty from within.’ The more we spend in the depths of our own unlimited inner ocean, the less we get knockedaround by the surface waves. No matter outside events, with practice, we can hold ourselves in peace and equanimity ☀️🌚
I hope you are finding the time and space to go deep within at least once a day.
Armfuls of love to you all,
Leonie ❤️
Quiet the mind & opens the breath with a taste of the fluid movement of Calligraphy Qigong and then embrace the soft expression and luminosity of watercolour
