Not every class and not every Personal Trainer has clients with big goals to lose weight, attempt the unattainable Instagram craze or get a 6 pack.

Some of us nurture clients that just want to stay fit, healthy and well and be their best version.

Thursday morning with my seniors is just that.

We do boring things like

Everyday strengthening
Flexibility
Stability
Balance
Co-ordination

Oh and social interaction.

The response to these has honestly blown me away 💛

So many of you are craving a space to simply pause for a while… somewhere to let the brain quiet down, the nervous system soften, and the body fully exhale.

These sessions are not fitness classes.
They’re not aerial yoga.
And definitely no om-ing, humming or chanting 😌

Just calming music, guided relaxation, gentle grounding, and the feeling of being safely cocooned while your brain gets a chance to power down for a while.

Think:
✨ guided relaxation (without the woo-woo)
✨ nervous system reset support
✨ soft lighting & calming music
✨ peaceful cradle cocooning
✨ 30–45 minutes where nobody needs anything from you

Sessions will run in very small groups (maximum 4 people) from our private Alexandra Hills studio, with options for:
💛 weekly reset sessions
💛 casual visits (where available)
💛 private 1:1 sessions
💛 small private groups for friends, couples or mums groups

🌙 5 Week Reset Series
$75 upfront
(Just $15 per session)

🌿 Casual Sessions
$22 per visit
(subject to availability)

The 5 Week Series is designed to create a consistent weekly nervous system reset with the same small group each week.

I’m looking at introducing small group Relaxation Cradle Sessions — a weekly reset where you’ll be gently guided through soothing body relaxation while cocooned in the support of the aerial cradle, with calming music and a peaceful atmosphere designed to help your mind and body truly unwind.

✨ Think:
• deep nervous system rest
• guided relaxation & breathwork
• floating, swaying, supported comfort
• stress relief without needing to “do” anything
• the best nap you never actually fall asleep in 😌

This wouldn’t just be a one-off experience.
The real magic happens through consistency — giving your body a regular space each week to soften, regulate, and recharge.
