Not every class and not every Personal Trainer has clients with big goals to lose weight, attempt the unattainable Instagram craze or get a 6 pack.
Some of us nurture clients that just want to stay fit, healthy and well and be their best version.
Thursday morning with my seniors is just that.
We do boring things like
Everyday strengthening
Flexibility
Stability
Balance
Co-ordination
Oh and social interaction.
