No mirrors. No posing. No worrying about whether your activewear matches.

Just real women, real workouts, questionable counting when the conversation gets good… and the occasional “Wait… what set are we on?” 😂

That’s what small group training at JB Flex & Flow is about.

You get the support and guidance of personal training, without the personal training price tag — plus a few workout buddies thrown in for free.
