I lost 25kg myself, I've lived the journey. I haven't been fit my whole life, I've struggled with body confidence and food.

But i found a love for weight training. I want to help as many people feel the way I do.

Training with big boy , I joined him on his strength session.

Usually I love training on my own, but we had a couple sessions together and I really enjoyed it.

I also think, I couldn't to strength on my own, 4 to 5 min rest sometimes ... I would get bored on my own 😂😂😂
