💪 Just Strong Women’s Walk 💪
Another beautiful start to the weekend with an amazing group of women at last Saturday’s Just Strong Women’s Walk.
Thank you to everyone who joined us for some fresh air, movement, laughter and great conversation. It’s always wonderful to see women coming together, supporting one another and starting the day feeling strong and connected. 💜

💕 JUST STRONG LADIES – A SPECIAL SATURDAY WALK 💕
Last Saturday’s walk was a particularly special one for our Just Strong Ladies group, as we shared Rhonda’s final walk with us before she and her hubby make their move to the East Coast. 🥹💕
As a long-time Alice Springs local, Rohnda has been part of this community for many years, and it was lovely to spend one of her final Saturday mornings doing what we love, walking, talking, laughing and enjoying each other’s company. 🚶‍♀️🌅
Rhonda, we wish you and Franco nothing but happiness and wonderful new adventures as you begin this next chapter together. ❤️
You may be leaving Alice, but you certainly won’t be forgotten. We’ll constantly be thinking of you, Rhonda, and you’ll always be one of our Just Strong Ladies. 💪💗
All the very best to you both. We will miss seeing you around our little town more than you know.

❄️ Just Strong Ladies Walk – Last Saturday 💜
A smaller group joined us this week, which wasn't surprising with the chilly morning and so many events happening around town. But as always, quality over quantity! 💪
We met at Yaye's Café and enjoyed a beautiful walk around Lovegrove and along the old train line, soaking up the crisp Alice Springs morning together.
The conversations were as good as ever! We chatted about the concerts that have been in Alice lately, who had been, upcoming events, travel plans, and of course... the good old menopause conversation! 😂 It always helps knowing you're not alone, and there's something special about being able to laugh, share stories, and support one another without judgement.
That's what this group is all about, connection, movement, plenty of laughs, and reminding each other that we're stronger together.

What a beautiful morning we shared last Saturday on our Just Strong Ladies walk along Bradshaw Drive, followed by coffee at Yaye’s Café. 💛
It was brisk and cold, but the company was warm! Beautiful ladies, meaningful conversations, loads of laughs, and genuine support for one another that is exactly what this group is all about.
We’re doing it again this Saturday!

All women and girls are welcome, regardless of age, fitness level, shape or size. This is a safe, kind and supportive group where no one gets left behind. 💪✨

☔️ Stay dry this morning, ladies! ☔️
Due to the wet weather, today's Just Strong Ladies Walk has been postponed.
We'll be back next week at the usual time, ready to walk, chat, laugh, and enjoy a coffee together. Stay safe, keep warm, and we'll see you all next Saturday! 💜💪

🥶❄️ What a fresh start to the weekend! ❄️🥶
A huge shout out to our amazing Just Strong Ladies who braved a chilly 0°C this morning for our walk around the beautiful Todd River. 💪💙
Despite the frosty start, we enjoyed plenty of laughs, great conversations and a lovely walk together, finishing with warm drinks at Tali Restaurant to thaw out. ☕❤️
Thank you to everyone who came along. It’s mornings like these that remind us how much stronger we are together.
📍 Next Saturday: We'll be meeting at Yaye's Café. Same great company, same welcoming atmosphere all ladies, all ages, all fitness levels are always welcome!

Last Saturday our Just Strong Ladies Walking Group headed over to Desert Springs, where we walked, talked, laughed and enjoyed some wonderful company. There's something pretty special about women getting together to support, encourage and inspire each other.

We even made a big decision... we're going to tackle a half marathon together in the coming months! 🏅 What an exciting challenge to work towards as a group.

No matter your age, shape, size or fitness level, you're always welcome to join us.

See you this Saturday at the same time, ladies! 💜 Let's keep getting stronger together, one step at a time.

What a beautiful Saturday morning for our Just Strong Ladies Walk 💪🌸
We enjoyed a lovely walk around Desert Springs with Mount Johns as the perfect backdrop. It was so good to see both new faces and familiar faces joining in, walking, talking and supporting each other along the way.
There was even talk of competing in half marathons!, how inspiring is that! Whether you are just starting out, getting back into it, or setting new goals, this group is all about encouragement, connection and showing up for yourself and each other.
