I’m excited to be offering small group Deep Cell Relaxation Hypnosis sessions in conjunction with 2Rocks lighthouse, at their beautiful oceanfront retreat in Two rocks.

I will be offering 1 hour daytime and early evening sunset sessions.

This is an incredibly deep cell and soothing form of hypnosis designed to help you switch off from the outside world, quieten a busy mind and allow your whole body to experience a profound state of relaxation. 💫
