I know we've talked about slowing down on this page, but today I'm doing a "Full Send Friday!" 💪
Real talk for a second… yesterday I was made redundant from my "day job." I did kind of have an inkling that it was coming, but it's a bit undignified being let go, especially living in a small town. Not the greatest feeling.

But I know I will be ok.

I've always been able to rely on myself and my creativity to get me by and this time will be no different!

So with that said, I am VERY excited to announce that I have been building up to launching my own unique blends of tea and products, designed with you in mind. You, who wants to be healthy, naturally. Beautiful, naturally.
Let's redefine beauty as inner peace, fuelled by nature, nurtured with positive affirmations, belly breaths and a sisterhood of other women who believe in you, themselves and the Mother Earth.

So my day today consists of a lot of computer work whilst I build my website, but I will be balancing it out by riding my beautiful horse, Zuri, to fill my cup.

Sitting here with my cat, Squish, and my toddler, trying to write something profound and interesting for you all about being cosy and snuggling up with a lovely cup of tea.

But the Wiggles have been blaring at me all day so all I can think about is what’s in the Wiggly Kitchen (disco fingers) and letting you all to know to clap your hands - if you’re happy and you know it of course.

I completely reject tea cups.

I just don’t like having to make another cup of tea one mouthful after I’ve made the last one. 🤷‍♀️

Does anyone else snort to themselves when a recipe says to only "add 2 cloves of garlic." Pfffft. You measure the right amount of garlic with your heart. No recipe is going to limit my garlic intake. Silly recipe.

The good news is that garlic is not only delicious but studies have also shown that it can be used as an effective antiviral - it's not just an old wives tale!
This means it can reduce the number of colds you suffer through during Winter, AND reduce the intensity and longevity of your symptoms.

Welcome to Flower Crown Herbal Health!
I'm typing this one handed, as my (almost) two year old son sits in my lap and "helps" me by randomly pressing keys and kicking my laptop. We sit on our couch, in the Winter morning sun, cosy inside, while the wind blows the tops of the trees about outside.

Herbs for healing and wellbeing have been used for millennia, but we've lost so much of that ancient knowledge in this age of hustlers and capitalism. Take a step back with me, you don't have to be a "girl boss" here, and into nature, healing and prioritising peace and contentment.
