This little piece of advice is so true! It happens over time so don’t be fooled into thinking you can ignore it! A few examples in the pics are Simple and easy ways to incorporate some wellness practises into your days. Tell me in the comments if you worked out what all these examples have in common 😉🤔
1. Smile like my little blue pear friend Pepe 🙂
2. Soup! Good ol’ Chicken and veg for me 🍵
3. Soak - in a tub with or without bubbles, a spa is nice occasionally too 🛁
4. Sun - vitamin D but also just a feeling of well-being! Extra points if you get sunrise or sunset 🌅 the different coloured sunlight benefits us in different ways! Improves sleep too!
5. Supplement - magnesium is always a good idea! 💖
6. Sense of humour! Laughing is so good for us! Makes happy hormones in our brain so get a giggle at least a few times a day 🤪🥸😅😆
