We’re proud to share that Able to Thrive has successfully passed its NDIS midterm audit. Earning a Level 3 Conformity with “Best Practice” rating in two areas: Quality Management and Feedback & Complaints Management.
For those outside the sector, Level 3 is the highest rating on the NDIS Practice Standards maturity scale. It reflects not just compliance, but systems and a culture that consistently go beyond the minimum.
What a milestone like this doesn’t show is the backend work behind it. The late nights, the policies written and rewritten, the systems built and maintained so quality holds up under scrutiny. None of it is funded by the NDIS. It’s the invisible cost of running a high-quality provider.
And it’s getting harder. Core support price limits have risen, but not enough to reflect the true support worker cost model, let alone the admin and compliance overhead behind it. Meanwhile, support coordination limits are frozen yet again. We take the challenge on because our participants deserve nothing less, but it’s worth being honest about what it takes.
This result belongs to our whole team. The people who hold each other to a high standard even when no one is watching. And to our participants and their families: your trust is what we’re accountable to, and we don’t take it lightly.
