🌿 A little preview of our yoga space by the sea

This is how I’m envisioning the room at Mordialloc Sailing Club when it is transformed for Maytree Meridian classes — tables cleared, mats laid out, props ready, and the beautiful coastal outlook becoming part of the practice.

I love that the room isn’t a traditional yoga studio. It has its own character and history, and for class time it becomes a calm, welcoming space for movement, breathing and a little time to reconnect.

Classes are held on Tuesdays in Aspendale, with Chair Yoga, Lunchtime Reset Meditation and Hatha Yoga.

Mats, blocks, bolsters and blankets are available, and beginners are very welcome.

🌿 A little new chapter from me…
Over the years, Mugette’s Natural Formulae has grown from sharing natural beauty ideas into a broader space for healthy living, sustainability, gardening, nourishing food and simple ways of living well.
I’m excited to share that I’ve now launched Maytree Meridian — a new local offering bringing together yoga, meditation and nature-based wellbeing in Aspendale.
It feels like a natural extension of many of the things I already love sharing here: movement, mindfulness, connection with nature and creating small rituals that support wellbeing.
Classes are held on Tuesdays at Mordialloc Sailing Club, with Chair Yoga, Lunchtime Reset Meditation and Hatha Yoga.

For those wondering why I was walking around in a bikini in the middle of winter. Well they don't know I love swimming all year round. Plus, the Aspendale Community were treated to beach saunas, to celebrate the winter solstice. A big thankyou to Eugine from Cossack Sauna and . We all loved it!
