Beyond The Rainbow Support Coordination is growing — and we’re looking for a caring, motivated and experienced NDIS Support Coordinator to join our supportive and values-driven team.

✨ About the Role

As a Support Coordinator, you’ll work closely with participants to help them understand and implement their NDIS plans, connect with the right supports, and build confidence to live more independently. If your looking for a role that genuinely cares about participants and isn't focused on KPI's we would love to hear from you.

👩‍💼 What We’re Looking For

- Experience in NDIS Support Coordination or a related community services role like social work, case management or child safety

- Strong understanding of the NDIS framework

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- Compassionate, reliable, and outcome-focused

- Qualifications in community services, social work, or similar (preferred)
