What starts as a one off somehow turns into something you can't miss.

We see it all the time, people come in thinking they’ll give the ice bath one crack and that’ll be enough. Then a few sessions later, they’re back again, and again.

Not because it suddenly gets easy, but because they start to notice what it gives back.

There’s something about stepping into the warmth when the air outside has that proper winter chill. A little pocket of heat, quiet and stillness in the middle of our busy weeks.

A sauna session can be such a nice way to slow down, warm up and carve out a bit of time for yourself when everything feels a little heavy.
