Theresa Perry Wellbeing Offers holistic life and business coaching, tai chi meditation classes and teambuilding activites. When we are living in flow we feel happy and fulfilled.

With a passionate interest in holistic wellbeing, I help my clients find their "flow" through coaching individuals to live a more fulfilling life and teaching tai chi and meditation to restore balance and harmony to the mind and body. Martial arts has always been an important part of my life, teaching me patience, discipline, acceptance and flow. I've been doing martial arts for over 20 years, competed in Tai Chi interstate and internationally, performed at Chinese New Year festivals and events and am actively involved in the Tai Chi and Wu Shu community. For me Tai Chi is like a “moving meditation” – I get to work out my body while doing it in a relaxing way that feels good. The slow gentle movements with breathing help relax my body and mind. I practice daily meditation and love using the beautiful tones of the singing bowl to help relax the body and instill an inner peace. I'm a certified holistic life and business coach who can help you unpack what is holding you back and work with you to start living life with more passion and vibrancy. My mission is to connect, educate and inspire people to live life fully so they can experience joy, harmony and true freedom.

🎙️ Last Sunday, I had the pleasure of joining Amber on Youth Vision to chat about mindfulness, meditation, Tai Chi, self-defence, and wellbeing for young people.

We talked about some of the challenges many young people face today, including unplugging from constant distractions, worrying about the future, and learning how to be more present.

One of the key messages was that wellbeing doesn't have to be complicated. Sometimes small practices—like taking a few mindful breaths, going for a walk, or simply putting your phone down for a few minutes—can make a real difference.

A big thank you to Amber and the team at Alive 90.5 for the opportunity to share these conversations. 🙏

One of the most common questions I get after a sound bath is whether falling asleep means you've somehow done it wrong.

The truth? There is no single "correct" experience.

Some people stay fully awake.
Some drift in and out.
Some fall asleep completely.

I came across this photo while looking through some pictures from a wonderful weekend away with friends a month or so ago. It was a lovely reminder that wellbeing isn't always about doing more—it can be as simple as spending time in nature, sharing a few laughs, and taking a moment to be present.
