With a passionate interest in holistic wellbeing, I help my clients find their "flow" through coaching individuals to live a more fulfilling life and teaching tai chi and meditation to restore balance and harmony to the mind and body. I have worked in the corporate industry with employees from entry level to the executive team on events, projects and providing executive support. Martial arts has always been an important part of my life, teaching me patience, discipline, acceptance and flow. I've been doing martial arts for over 20 years, competed in Tai Chi interstate and internationally, performed at Chinese New Year festivals and events and am actively involved in the Tai Chi and Wu Shu community. For me Tai Chi is like a “moving meditation” – I get to work out my body while doing it in a relaxing way that feels good. The slow gentle movements with breathing help relax my body and mind. I practice daily meditation and love using the beautiful tones of the singing bowl to help relax the body and instill an inner peace. I'm a certified holistic life and business coach who can help you unpack what is holding you back and work with you to start living life with more passion and vibrancy. My mission is to connect, educate and inspire people to live life fully so they can experience joy, harmony and true freedom.

🌿 Coming Home to Yourself – A Journey of Self-Care & Connection

As part of Women’s Health Week, I’m honoured to be facilitating a gentle wellbeing session with the Uplift Women’s Group in Baulkham Hills.

This session has been created for women who have experienced domestic or family violence, at any stage of their journey.

It’s an opportunity to pause, breathe, reconnect with yourself and explore simple practices that can support your wellbeing — with no pressure and no expectations.

The session will include:
🌿 Gentle mindful movement inspired by Tai Chi
🌿 Mindful breathing and grounding practices
🌿 Optional hand and arm self-massage
🌿 Guided relaxation and sound meditation
🌿 A creative reflective activity to create a personal self-care reminder to take home

📅 Monday 7 September | 10am–12pm
📍 Turner Buildings, Balcombe Heights Estate, Baulkham Hills
💚 Childcare available upon request

The Uplift Women’s Group is a supportive community for women who have experienced domestic or family abuse at any stage of their journey.

✨ A wonderful ClassBento catch-up earlier this month! ✨

It was so lovely to meet other ClassBento teachers and discover the amazing range of experiences they offer — from perfumery, baking, print art, kintsugi, print designs, glassblowing, woodwork and painting, to my own Tai Chi Meditation and Sound Bath experiences.

Such an eclectic and talented group! 💛 It was great to connect, share ideas and watch some of the teachers showcase their crafts.

Last Thursday, we kicked off the Empowering Wings 4-week workshop series for women ✨

It was a wonderful evening focused on building confidence, self-awareness and connection while creating a supportive space for women to reflect, grow and feel more empowered.
