Positive Behaviour Support is not about changing the person, it’s about changing the way we connect, understand, and support. đŸŒ±

When we take the time to truly listen, we see behaviour as communication, not something to be “fixed”. We shift our focus to creating environments, relationships, and supports that work with the person, not against them.
It means adapting. It means being flexible. It means understanding. It means valuing their voice every step of the way and building strategies that reflect their strengths, preferences, and needs.Because everyone deserves to be supported in a way that allows them to be themselves but also, safe.

Clinical supervision and reflecting on our practice is vital to the support we provide to our participants, families and when engaging with other services in the community.

It’s important that as individual clinicians or as a service, there is the space to reflect, reconnect with evidence based practice and continue growth.

We have developed our own resources and program with availability to support you in a way that’s tailored to your needs.

Lately, that pause has become a reflex. It’s the space where we wait to see which version of the “NDIS story” the other person believes.

Lately, the headlines have been filled by those who brought negativity to the social services sector. Because of them, a sector built on compassion is now often met with skepticism.

When we mention the NDIS, we see the questions forming in people’s minds:
‱ “Are they actually skilled enough?”
‱ “Are they doing the right thing?”
‱ “Is this just a misuse of government funding?”

But I am proud! I started it to provide a sanctuary of ethical practice.

To me, being a provider means:
‱ Ethical Billing: Ensuring every cent of a participant’s plan is used to create genuine value.
‱ Advocacy: Standing in the corner of our clients when the system feels too big to navigate.
‱ Clinical Integrity: Leading with skill, evidence, and a deep respect for the people we support.

We shouldn’t let the actions of those who failed the sector define the identity of those who are upholding it. I’m not just an NDIS provider; I’m a partner in change, and I’m proud of the work we do every single day.

It’s often said that support work is about care, but it’s really about the “small” things that are actually the big things.

đŸŒ±It’s the way a favourite meal is prepared exactly right, the ritual of a Sunday night dinner and the predictability of their week.
đŸŒ±It’s the quiet work of creating safety and consistency so that someone can truly feel at ease.
đŸŒ±They spend their days building memories by planning adventures, and creating house rituals that turn a living space into a home.
đŸŒ±They constantly protect the dignity of the people they support keeping the person’s voice at the centre of every day.

We strive to find the right people to do the most important work and we are so grateful for the care they provide every day.

We are looking for a Positive Behaviour Support Clinician to join our team đŸŒ±

At Thrive360 Care, we aren’t looking to fill a seat. We’re looking for a specific kind of heart and a very particular set of skills.

Why Thrive360 Care?
We are a small, tight-knit team that values quality over volume and connection over checklists. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about supporting clients, collaborating with others and a genuine passion for advocacy and client wellbeing.

In a system of services that say they do it all, we focus on specialisation. We don’t do “cookie-cutter.” We dive deep to create real change. Whether it’s searching for a behaviour clinician or our support staff, we wait for the right fit, for our team and for our clients. Our team has a focus on safety, wellbeing and support grounded in trauma informed care.

What we are looking for:
We’re searching for a Positive Behaviour Support Clinician who leads with Trauma-Informed Care in its true essence of practice. You’re the right fit if you have a deep understanding of:
🍃Psychosocial Disability: Navigating the nuances of mental health with empathy, care and understanding within the role of a clinician.
🍃Complex Health & Care: Managing the intersection of physical and emotional wellbeing.
🍃If you have experience within the Child Protection or Out-of-Home Care (OOHC) systems, you’re exactly who we’ve been looking for.
