Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bendigo, VIC for a Participant and Community Engagement Manager/Support Coordinator. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with participants, families, carers, and community partners, ensuring services align with participant goals and NDIS plans. The position includes coordinating supports, developing and reviewing support plans, and working with internal teams and external providers to deliver timely, high-quality services. The coordinator will design and implement community engagement initiatives, events, and outreach activities that increase awareness of services and foster inclusion.
Day-to-day tasks also include monitoring participant outcomes, maintaining accurate documentation and case notes, contributing to continuous service improvement, and ensuring compliance with NDIS and organizational standards. Please email [email protected] for a full PD.

Today we say goodbye to Jordon as he finishes up with IMS Support Services.

We want to sincerely thank Jordy for the care, support, and commitment he has shown to our participants, families, and team during his time with us.
