Sunday + Blue Moon = Ritual Time 🌕💙

Tonight called for a beautiful bath ritual… and honestly, a Blue Moon falling on a Sunday felt like the perfect invitation to pause, release, reflect and recharge.

I soaked in my Coconut & BotanicalMilk Bath, surrounded by beautiful florals and calming aromatherapy… pure bliss ✨😌

Quick little tip from me: before pulling the plug, use a fine strainer to scoop out your floating botanicals first — simple, easy, and makes cleanup a breeze 🌸

Please always be mindful of wet/slippery bath surfaces.

✨ IMPORTANT DATES COMING UP ✨

I wanted to share some important updates with my beautiful community 💚

🌿 15th July – 31st July — CLOSED
I’ll be taking a short break away in Bali for rest, reflection, and some beautiful cleansing ceremonies.
Truthfully… this trip has come at a deeply needed time. Between the stresses of life, study, business, & navigating some heavy family health challenges, I’m feeling incredibly grateful for the opportunity to pause, reset, and refill my own cup.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support while I take this time away 🤍

🌸 This will be my FINAL market appearance for the rest of 2025!

I’ll then be stepping back from markets to focus on my Masters Degree in Aromatherapy & Natural Therapies, so this event feels like a very important one!
I will still have click & collect running (if you ever still want or want to try my products at great prices), and also ill be offering still FREE consultations but only until im qualified!
📢 Once im a qualified Aromatherapist, fees will be applied accordingly.

I also will be tidying up my stock (for example removing any products that don't sell or that don't feel aligned), and adding very important products that i feel will help people's mental health, self care rituals & even incorporating a pets line!

In the new year, you will see some big changes and even a new look which im so excited about that i might even put together Heart & Soul's first ever event to celebrate new beginnings...

Why I do what I do... 🤍

​Sharing these older pieces of my life isn't always easy, but authenticity is everything to me. Before I found my passion for natural therapies and aromatherapy, I had to navigate some of the heaviest, most exhausting waters of mental illness.

​When I say that nature and mindful wellness changed my life, I mean it down to my core.
Reclaiming my health allowed me to build this business, step into my purpose, and be fully present for the people I love.

​My mission here goes way beyond standard self-care.
I want to create a space that offers real comfort, grounding, and mental clarity for people who are struggling.

I am living proof that no matter how deep the darkness feels, you can come out on the other side and build something beautiful!

And that is me. It will always be me.

For years I carried trauma, addiction, depression… pain that shaped so much of my life. There were moments I didn’t know if I’d ever find my way out.
But this is my story of survival, healing, boundaries, breaking cycles… and learning that your past does not have to define your future!

Sharing this wasn’t easy. It’s vulnerable, raw, and deeply personal. But if even one person listens and feels a little less alone… then every hard truth spoken was worth it.
