đź’ WEEKLY REFLECTION: What did your cravings teach you this week?
Instead of looking back at your cravings with frustration or judgement, what if you looked at them with curiosity? đź’›
Maybe you noticed you crave something sweet when you’re exhausted.
Maybe stress sends you searching for something crunchy.
Maybe your cravings are stronger when you skip meals or don’t eat enough during the day.
Or perhaps you realised that sometimes you’re not physically hungry at all — you’re looking for comfort, distraction or a moment to yourself.
Every craving can give you an opportunity to learn more about your body, emotions, habits and triggers.
So this week, rather than asking “Why did I give in?”, try asking:
✨ “What was my craving trying to tell me?”
Awareness is where change begins. The more you understand your patterns, the easier it becomes to respond intentionally rather than automatically.
