Kaizen Myotherapy is on the horizon. Grow with me and watch me bloom. Like a sunflower that turns toward the sun, or night jasmine that flourishes under the moon. “I KNOW I CAN!” -NAS, As a practitioner, the greatest hurdle isn’t learning a new technique; it is having the courage to unlearn paradigms. Transitioning into myotherapy has completely challenged my foundational principles. Shifts in perspectives are great, though, because that means there is room to learn, evolve, and grow. That knowledge is now being shared with you. Cheers ✨✨

I was so cranky (and tired!) today & then around noon I perked up (finally) The 2nd half of the course I worked with an absolute legend . I actually feel amazing. Can’t wait to share these skills with my clients . All this hard work is paying off and I am so abundantly grateful. Ten of cups wheel fortune queen of wands let’s go.

Today we practiced dry needling of the low back and hips. I’m really glad to be able to have this on my holster bc man, the physical component really helped me today getting the treatment. (The DN was gentle in comparison.) Both me and my partner had jackedddd up hips and sore low backs (I was very grateful for her today I needed it). We focused on glut med/ min/ piriformis/ QL & multifidis .. I also got kimchi soup for lunch and got my nails done. May of left my beloved water bottle at the nail bar but she’s safe with my beloved Jane.

I became initiated at the start of kaizen healing arts on the winter solstice and my practice has been rooted in the principles of love. That said my meditation practice got overshadowed by being a new business owner, and whilst the initial beginning of the business was absolutely a priority I did miss the feeling of peace, joy and inner sanctuary Kriya yoga endlessly provides. I’ve been really prioritising my levels of capacity. All levels needed space, time to breathe and time to heal. This week, I am so grateful to .yoga for hosting Guruji, so we are able to attend meditations, I can re-learn the technique and start my practice on an adequate foot moving forward. I’m so grateful to the ashram, to my teachers and my fellow Kriyavans. On the way out today, leaving the ashram, I saw the cutest cow I’ve ever seen and she has the most gorgeous eyelashes . She is the 2nd photo.
