ology in 2010 when a friend who was studying to become a Kinesiologist introduced me to this dynamic and powerful energetic healing modality - since then my life has changed profoundly. Everything in our universe is energy including our body, so it makes sense that when your body’s energy is balanced then you will see and feel change in all areas of your life. Kinesiology can help with mindset, stress, physical pain, nutritional and digestive issues, brain integration, allergies and so much more. A session with me starts with an in depth discussion about your health and way of life. We then discuss the issues that brought you to my clinic and work out a plan to work through the main issue that you would like us to work on. The Kinesiologist does not heal you - but instead communicates with your sub-conscious which then guides the Kinesiologist to facilitate the methods and procedures which will help you and your body to heal yourselves. A session usually takes around 1 hour and 15 minutes - sometimes a little longer and includes:
- gathering the information relating to that issue and working through pathways to guide the body onto its own healing course
- discovering the source of the stress and working with the emotions involved
- balancing and clearing that stress which has been holding that issue within you

Several different methods are used for clearing the stress including sound/vibration, flower essences, acupressure and others. A course of several sessions is usually required if you would like to see lasting change. Somewhere along the way, most of us absorbed the idea that we are broken. That we need constant fixing, adjusting, improving, as though our very existence was a problem to be solved. And so we’ve been conditioned to spend our lives searching for cures, for validation, for the missing piece that will finally make us “enough.”

But this is the greatest lie.

You were not born as a project to repair, you were born whole. You were born with an inner fire, a current of power and purpose running through you that no external authority can grant or take away. The system thrives on convincing you that you are small, flawed and dependent, but the truth is the exact opposite: you are powerful beyond measure.

When you stop chasing the illusion of fixing yourself, you begin to reclaim the power that was always yours. You begin to live as you were meant to live; not as someone waiting to be completed, but as someone here to create, to awaken, to love and to shine.

So remember, your worth was never in question. The only question is whether you’ll allow yourself to step fully into the God given power that’s been within you from the very beginning.
