📣 Sea Lake, we’re kicking things off!

Two free pilot fitness programs are launching at Central Mallee Fitness this month — one for the women, one for the blokes — and we’d love your support.

💪 Rock Up Gym (for women) starts Tuesday 15th of July (before Rock Up Netball)

💥 Fat Farmers Rural Health Initiative (for men) starts Thursday 17 July

Both run weekly from 5.00 to 6.00 pm, led by ambassadors, but kicked off in person by Lou Bibby: Adv. Sports Osteo & High-Energy Mentor, and are designed to support strength, connection and wellbeing — no matter your background, experience or fitness level.

These free pilot programs are part of a bigger vision to create a community calendar of health and fitness events in Sea Lake. By simply turning up, you’re helping us build momentum, prove the need, and show the community’s commitment to proactive, local health.

Your participation also helps draw attention to our efforts to attract long-term community grant support, so we can keep these initiatives going well beyond the pilot.
