當孩子進入青春期，「性」不再只是生理話題，而是關於愛、尊重與關係的學習。
在新一集BSP 15，我和 Dr. James Lee 一起談談家長最想問、卻最怕問的問題：

💬 如何自然地與青少年談性？
❤️ 讓孩子知道：愛的表達有很多種，性行為只是其中一種。
🌱 親密關係中還有「高質時間（quality time）」與情感連結的意義。
我們也會探討家長常見的兩個尷尬時刻：
😳 如果孩子撞破父母的親密行為，該怎麼解釋？

Recently, I had the opportunity to collaborate with 職語屬你 to deliver a parent workshop for the Chinese–English Bilingual Children Growth Program, connecting and interacting with many families in Taiwan online.

Even though we were meeting through a screen, I could genuinely feel the parents’ warmth, engagement, and dedication to their children’s development.
Every question and every shared story reminded me — whether in Australia or Taiwan, parents’ hearts are the same.

In this session, I brought my years of frontline clinical experience from the clinic into the classroom and shared:
▪️ how to build children’s communication and interaction skills in everyday life
▪️ ways to create more meaningful “connection moments” between parent and child
▪️ practical, easy-to-apply strategies — not just theory

Being able to translate clinical knowledge into tools that parents can truly understand and use has always been what matters most to me.

I’m really looking forward to the next 6 sessions as we continue learning and growing together with more families 🤍
