Hi all and happy one year + one day of InFlow,

How can I put words to this year when the full expression of this experience has been so deeply heart felt?

An awakening to my highest truth. This year has been a massive one so jam packed with growth, learnings, opportunities and memories.
The jam jar could burst from all the goodness inside preserved from this year.

So many people to thank, so much gratitude to extend. And mountains of moments that have woven themselves into the creation of InFlow.

InFlow is like clay on a pottery wheel, shaped by intention and moulded by the hands of not only myself but all those who flow through the business. Everyone leaves their own unique little fingerprint on this creation, this offering.

And perhaps that is one of the most beautiful parts of building something with heart- realising that it is never truly yours alone. It becomes a living thing, shaped by every connection, every conversation, every shared moment and every soul who walks through the door.

So, thank you all.

Often we forget to choose our presence over perfection, the joy of curiosity over judgement, and the simple act of returning to our practice again and again.

Whether your practice is yoga, Reiki, meditation, breathwork, or simply taking a moment to be still, each time you return to your sādhana (your sacred daily practice) you are deepening your relationship with yourself.

It isn’t about doing more or doing it perfectly- there’s no such thing. It’s about showing up. The repetition, the devotion, the willingness to come again and again and again is where the transformation lives. Each day may look and feel different and that’s okay. Be gentle with yourself and also kind.

The path is the practice. 🤍

The lightness from last week.
Softening the body, stilling the mind and fuelling my winter warmth with connection and community.

Winter is the time for rest and renewal, but also for captivating your inner spark. For illuminating your fire from within, playing with passion and rekindling potential.

For us down in Tassie, eagerly awaiting the snow to blanket the land like a blank canvas, let us find joy in this slow and introspective season. A season that invites us to soften into stillness, savour the simple moments and reconnect with the warmth that lives within.
