Yoga for Wellness — 5 Week Program

Yoga has so much more to offer than physical postures.

Yoga for Wellness is a supportive five-week small-group program designed to help you bring the wisdom of yoga and mindfulness into everyday life.

Each week we’ll explore practical tools for greater health and wellbeing through gentle yoga, breathing practices, meditation, relaxation and simple yogic lifestyle practices.

Themes include supporting the nervous system, improving sleep, healthy digestion, mental clarity and emotional balance.

Over the five weeks you’ll be supported to discover what works for you and begin developing your own personalised wellbeing toolkit.

Your $125 course includes:

• Five Wednesday evening sessions
• Complimentary online yoga classes during the course, with access to recordings for one month
• Yoga Nidra, breathing practices and meditation recordings to support your practice at home
• A complimentary 30-minute massage, with the option to upgrade to one hour for an additional $40

**A peaceful midweek yoga class in Boambee East**

My new Wednesday morning Gentle Hatha class has space for a few more people.

This class combines mindful movement, yoga postures and conscious breathing to gently build strength while helping you feel more settled and at ease. Options are offered throughout, so you can practise at a level that suits your body. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced, and each class finishes with a short Yoga Nidra for deep rest and relaxation.

Wednesdays, 10.00–11.15am

Term 3 yoga begins this week in my small Boambee East studio.

These are gentle, supportive classes for people who want to move, breathe and feel better—not classes where you need to be especially fit, flexible or experienced. It is yoga for every body.

With a maximum of six people, I can offer individual guidance and plenty of options. Mats and equipment are provided.
