Remedial massage is the cornerstone of what we do here at Bombala Massage & Wellness Centre.

A remedial massage is tailored to you. Your therapist will assess things like muscle tension, movement, posture and any areas of discomfort before using targeted techniques to help address pain, injuries or restrictions.

Whether it's your shoulder, back, knee or somewhere else causing trouble, treatment is adjusted to suit your needs, with pressure and techniques selected based on what your body requires. In many cases, improvement happens over a series of treatments, with ongoing assessment along the way.
