🌿🎳🦆 Craig’s Big Adventure! 🦆🎳🌿

What a wonderful few days Craig has had exploring, socialising, and enjoying some of the beautiful sights our region has to offer!

Craig started his adventure taking in the spectacular views at Carrington Falls, where he enjoyed the fresh mountain air and stunning scenery. He even tackled the walking tracks and stairs, taking in the beauty of nature every step of the way. 🌿💦

Along the journey, Craig stopped to meet some friendly Highland cattle and couldn’t resist posing for a photo with his new furry friends! 🐮😊

A visit to water was another highlight, where Craig spent time feeding the ducks and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Watching the birds gather around brought plenty of smiles and laughter. 🦆❤️

To top it all off, Craig headed to the bowling alley where he put his skills to the test and had a fantastic time enjoying some friendly competition. 🎳🏆

Days like these are what community participation is all about—building confidence, staying active, making connections, and creating lasting memories while having fun along the way.

We’re so proud of Craig for embracing every opportunity and making the most of each experience!

At Citrus Cottage, the past few days have reminded us that challenges will come, and sometimes those challenges come from places we least expect. Our social media was interfered with, and many precious memories and posts of our beautiful clients were removed without our consent.

But today, we stand stronger than ever.

Every post has been restored. Every memory has been recovered. Every act intended to tear us down has only strengthened our resolve to continue serving our clients and families with love, integrity, and compassion.

We believe that when people come together with a shared purpose, no obstacle is too great. Our staff, families, clients, and community have rallied around us, proving that we are stronger together.

We refuse to be defined by negativity, bitterness, or the actions of others. Instead, we choose faith over fear, unity over division, and kindness over conflict.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us, prayed for us, and stood beside us. Citrus Cottage will continue to grow, continue to serve, and continue to shine God’s light in our community.

🍩🍦 Sweet treats and big smiles! 🍦🍩

Pat and Chelsea enjoyed a well-deserved outing, treating themselves to delicious doughnuts and ice cream. Sometimes it’s the simple things in life that bring the most joy — sharing laughs, making memories, and enjoying time together.

At Citrus Cottage, we love creating opportunities for our participants to get out into the community, build connections, and enjoy the things that make them happy.

🐄📬 Pete and Jason enjoyed a great day out on the buggy, heading off to check the mail and make sure the cows were doing well.

It’s the simple things that bring the biggest smiles—getting outdoors, enjoying the fresh country air, and lending a hand around the farm. 🚜☀️

🎪✨ A Day at the Circus! ✨🎪

Our Mudgee crew had an absolutely amazing time at the circus! From the incredible acrobats and daring performers to the laughter, excitement and magical atmosphere, it was a day full of smiles and unforgettable memories.

Seeing everyone enjoying themselves, trying new experiences and sharing so many laughs is what it’s all about. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who helped make this wonderful outing possible. We love creating opportunities for our participants to get out into the community, have fun and make lasting memories with friends.
