Did you know your emotions have a direct impact on your organs?

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, every major organ is energetically linked to a core emotion:

🌅Men’s Mental Health Month🌅

I’m sharing this video as a reminder that when men take the steps to help themselves and have the right support around them, they can have a nourishing and fulfilling life. This is one of 15 men I had the privilege of facilitating a 9D Breathwork experience for in November last year. It was powerful and inspiring ☺️.

from Heavy Metal Group is the man who runs these Men’s Behavioural Programs in Melbourne and is helping so many men find peace again.

Davids approach is focussed on providing a safe and respectful environment where men and their families can reflect on their relationship and any emotions they may be struggling with.
David’s aim is to develop and enhance men’s capacity to grow and establish empowering ways for them to cope with challenging situations. This will result in richer and more rewarding relationships with those around them.

This Saturday I’ll be running a 9D Breathwork journey called ‘Letting Go’ in Sale at The Hive Holistic Health Centre for MEN ONLY.

Time: Saturday 20th, 2-5pm
Where: 2 Dove Court, Sale (behind Intersport or IGA car park)
