at meets your needs. The lovely support team are trained, police checked, hold yellow cards, have first aid / CPR, and are very experienced. We operate in the Moreton Bay region of South East Queensland, from Elimbah to Northlakes. When you contact us for support, you will speak with a real person. You will feel supported every step of the way. We will make a time to come out and meet you, we will gather some information about you and what you would like help with. From that we develop a My Plan, which outlines the things you would like staff to assist with and what you would like to do yourself. We will do a quote for service and a service agreement. Then we do a staff match and choose who we think will work best with you. We will organise a day and time for support. Will will have that personal contact with you all the way - checking in to make sure your needs are being met, that you are happy with the support staff, and to see if there is anything you need altered.
