SMALL GROUPS. SPACE TO BREATHE. 💙
There’s something beautiful about holding a small group of breathers. You notice the people in the room the person who’s gone quiet, the nervous laugh, the one who needs a little reassurance before they settle in.
For me, that’s part of the beauty of The Breath Room.
MORE INDIVIDUAL ATTENTION
With fewer people in the room, I can give you more individual attention than I could in a large group. There’s time to answer your questions, check in and respond to what you need throughout your experience.
A LITTLE LESS PRESSURE
Walking into a room full of strangers can feel like a big deal, especially when you’re already feeling vulnerable. A smaller group can take some of that pressure off, making it easier to settle in, ask for support or simply say, “I’m a bit nervous.”
TIME TO CONNECT BEFORE AND AFTER
Our time together includes more than putting on the headphones and breathing. We have time beforehand to get comfortable and connect, and time afterwards to sit with whatever came up. Have a cuppa, chat or take a quiet moment there’s no rush to find the words.
THOSE “F**K, ME TOO” MOMENTS
Someone shares something afterwards, and another person says, “F**k, I thought that was just me.” That moment of recognition can mean so much. Nobody has to share, but there’s room for those conversations when you want them.
CARE IN HOW THE SPACE IS HELD
Safety takes care, respect for boundaries and attention to people’s needs. A small group gives me more opportunity to check in, listen and honour your choices including your choice to pause or keep something private.
I love that intimacy. A handful of people arriving with their own stories, breathing alongside each other, then having a cuppa without needing to rush out the door or find the perfect words.
Sometimes being given time, attention and permission to be exactly where you are is a beautiful experience in itself. 💙
